Over 20+ years in financial services, I’ve worked in operations, financial planning, as a support advisor, a lead advisor, as a team leader, and in executive management. By learning from the ground up, I have gained the savvy and skills to understand what is needed for RIAs to be successful and the know-how to get it done.

I have long subscribed to the African proverb, “if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” The blessing and curse of being independent are having the freedom to chart one’s own path, but it can often feel like being on an island. Having spent my career in the independent RIA space, I understand well what it means to roll up my sleeves and dig in to help firms thrive. Utilizing my foundation in practice management, team building, custodian relationships, and technology allows me to partner well with growing RIAs looking to scale.
